Paid Time Off: After 90 days of employment, PTO is earned at a rate based upon the hours worked and years of employment.
Paid Comprehensive Training: Receive CBRF Certification training that includes standard precautions, fire safety, first aid and choking, and medication administration and management.

Resident Aide / Caregiver
We are seeking a compassionate resident aide to join our team in providing care and support to residents in our facility. The ideal candidate will have a passion for assisting individuals with daily living activities and ensuring their well-being.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Help maintain a clean and safe living environment for residents
- Monitor and report any changes in residents' health or behavior to the appropriate personnel
- Respect and uphold the rights of all residents
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding when necessary
Skills
- Experience in home care or nursing home settings is a plus
- CBRF training and first aid certification preferred
- Understanding of resident rights and dignity
- Familiarity with dementia care techniques
- Valid driver's license for potential transportation needs
