Benefits
Paid Time Off: After 90 days of employment, PTO is earned at a rate based upon the hours worked and years of employment.
Paid Comprehensive Training: Receive CBRF Certification training that includes standard precautions, fire safety, first aid and choking, and medication administration and management.
Supplemental Insurance: Get the opportunity to receive an after-tax payroll deduction for voluntary term life, AD&D, short-term disability, and accident insurance for you and family. This insurance is portable. (must work 16 hrs/week)
Retirement Plan: Gain the option to save for retirement. After 90 days of employment you are able to participate in our 401k that includes a 3% match and profit share. This is paid on a graded scale until year 6 of employment.
